Spartan Apparels is backed up with sophisticated equipment and state of the art infrastructure that enables it to fulfill client-specific and complex requirements. The manufacturing facilities boast of highly technical machinery from across the globe to ensure that its products are at par with the best names in the industry in terms of quality and delivery. We have a 100 machine sewing facility which is socially and ethically compliant and is Sedex and Disney certified. The biggest strength of our company is our ability to adapt to different size-scales of production orders. We firmly believe that to handle styles which have a lot of detailing, personal involvement in every aspect of the product is of utmost importance and have therefore invested and built a very strong merchandising and sampling team to give exclusive attention to our customers. Knitting
The yarn is then transformed to fabric in our knitting division that personifies technological advancement and boasts of a manufacturing capacity of over 2 tons a day. With in house machinery that defines innovation and quality production, one can knit finishes such as Rib, Jersey, Airtex, Honeycomb, Lycra Jersey, Fleece, and Mini Jacquards in any form or structure.
Cutting Division
Our cutting division equipped with latest technology machine Gerber with cad and exclusive plotter facilities, Which is helps to achieve precision in cutting. In addition to this we have band knife machines and manual cutting divisions manned by well-trained labours.
Packing
From production to packing our team of supervisors keeps a constant vigil to see that there are no lapses in the entire process. When it comes finally to packing every garment is checked before packing is ensuring correctness.
Needle Detecting
We are equipped with needle detector. 100% needle detecting is always done on all the finished garments before packing to ensure that nothing is sent out with a flaw tagged.
Sewing Design
Our sewing facilities that turn fabric into a multitude of garments with a capacity of 10,000 pieces per day. Our sewing division has been backed by 200 machines. Advanced technology machines are backed to support product quality and improve the production. Our product centric and dedicated sewing production lines across our plants turn customer sketches into reality irrespective of size shape or colour. Experienced operators across our factories are specially trained for specific product groups thereby allowing high efficiencies and consistency in every stitch.
